Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Schuelke & Mayr on the acquisition of the business by EQT, from Air Liquide SA.
Founded in Germany in 1889, Schuelke & Mayr is currently one of the market leaders in the areas of infection prevention, hygiene and preservation. Schuelke & Mayr is represented internationally, across 20 divisions, on 5 continents and holds a strong network of commercial partners.
