Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Mark Fox (CEO) and the management team of RoadChef on the sale of the business from Antin Infrastructure Partners to Macquarie Asset Management.
RoadChef, headquartered in Staffordshire, is one of Britain’s leading roadside service area operators, with 3,600 employees and 30 different locations across the UK. RoadChef offers a range of facilities from large food brands and services to hotels, serving over 52 million customers every year. As a new partner Macquarie Asset Management intends to support Roadchef in developing and accelerating the rollout of fast-charging infrastructure for electric vehicles across its estate.
Andrew Cox and Fionn Dillon Kelly advised the RoadChef management team on their reinvestment and the terms of the new incentive plan.
