Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Oded and the management team of Multifonds on the sale from Temenos Group to Montagu Private Equity.
Multifonds is a provider of fund administration software, providing it’s clients with technology covering investor servicing, fund and portfolio accounting, and transfer agency, alongside KYC and AML compliance offerings. Multifonds has played an integral part for Temenos as its fund accounting software business, with clients including Citi, Alter Domus, Northern Trust, BNP Paribas and BBH.
