Jamieson is delighted to announce that it has advised the management team of Medi-Globe on the sale of the business from Duke Street to DCC Healthcare, a subsidiary of DCC plc.
Medi-Globe, headquartered near Munich, was founded in 1990 and is a leading developer, manufacturer, and distributer of single-use medical devices. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of single-use devices for endoscopy in Gastroenterology / Pulmonology and Urology to a global client base. Through a seasoned management team and under the ownership of Duke Street, Medi-Globe has been successfully transformed and grown into a leading global player with meaningful scale in the endoscopy instruments space. The acquisition is expected to facilitate synergy opportunities as well as to expand and enhance DCC’s Vital’s position in the medical devices sector.
