Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management teams of LOD (Lawyers on Demand) and SYKE on the sale of the group from Bowmark Capital to Consilio, a global leader in legal technology solutions and Enterprise Legal Services (ELS).
LOD is a global legal services business with over 4,500 practitioners providing clients with on-demand legal professionals across 25 countries. In 2021, LOD acquired SYKE, a premier legal technology consultancy that supports legal teams in selecting, purchasing and implementing legal technology.
The acquisition of the LOD Group will allow Consilio, backed by Stone Point Capital, to expand its Alternative Legal Services capabilities in the UK, Asia and Australia.
