Jamieson is pleased to announce its role as advisor to Edgard Vermeersch (Founder and CEO) and the management team of Itineris on Cobepa’s acquisition of a majority stake in the company. As part of the transaction, existing institutional investors – PMV, Gimv, Smartfin, and SFPIM – will fully exit their positions with Edgard remaining as the largest non-institutional investor.
Itineris is a leading provider of innovative software solutions that enable water and energy utilities to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and meet their environmental goals. Its flagship platform, UMAX, is a modern and highly configurable Customer Information System (CIS) that supports utilities through the integration of CRM, Asset Management, and Field Service Management capabilities. The partnership with Copeba will not only strengthen Itineris’ existing solution portfolio but also create a platform for future growth and expansion opportunities.
