Jamieson has advised Steve Brown (CEO) and the management team of International Schools Partnership (ISP) in relation to the sale of a minority stake in the business from Partners Group to CVC.
ISP was founded in 2013 and is now a leading group of over 100 international schools currently spanning 25 countries and educating thousands of students. The partnership with CVC is expected to drive ISP’s growth strategy, focusing on high-quality education and long-term value creation for stakeholders
Stuart Coventry, Kenny Brodie and Fionn Dillon Kelly advised the management team on their equity arrangements and participation in the transaction.
Jamieson also advised the ISP management team when OMERS acquired a minority stake in 2021.
