Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the Management Team of IFCO Systems in the context of the co-investment into the business by Stonepeak, while Triton remains fully invested.

IFCO Systems, headquartered in Pullach (Germany), is a leading global provider of fresh-foods logistics solutions. Founded in 1992, the company provides Reusable Packaging Containers (RPCs) and operates a closed-loop system including delivery of clean RPCs, collection, inspection, sanitization and redistribution to retailers and producers.  IFCO Systems employs two thousand employees and underscores a new industrial standard for supply chain sustainability.
