Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Hightower Advisors (Hightower) on an innovative secondary transaction by Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL). THL, which first invested in Hightower in 2018, will remain the lead investor through a new vehicle dedicated to Hightower that includes investments from funds advised by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Neuberger Berman, and Coller Capital.
Hightower has 113 advisory businesses in 33 states, offering its financial advisors and their clients a comprehensive, independent wealth management platform that serves as a true end to end fiduciary. Hightower provides advisors a robust technology platform and full suite of services, including technology, compliance, accounting, payroll, human resources, investment management and marketing support.
