Jamieson is pleased to announce that we have advised the Founder and management team of Easyfairs in the successful sale of the business to a consortium of Inflexion and Cobepa, with the Founder retaining an equal stake to the two incoming investors.
Easyfairs, headquartered in Brussels and founded in 2004, is the 11th largest events company in the world. Their multi-formatted events cover a broad spectrum, including professional gatherings, trade shows, consumer exhibitions, fan fests, summits, congresses and conferences. They are known for being a disrupter and innovator in the events industry and organise over 110 face-to-face event titles across 12 European countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France and the Netherlands.
Andrew Cox, Henry Balcerak, Pieter Hornsveld and Alison Dunning advised the management team on the terms of their incentive arrangements under the new ownership.
