Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Datix on the acquisition of the majority stake of the business by TA Associates, from Five Arrows Principal Investments.
Founded in 1986, Datix is a leading global provider of patient safety and healthcare risk management software. The company is headquartered in London, with approximately 160 employees across four offices in the UK, the United States and Australia.
The deal team was led by Stuart Coventry and Ross Wheeler.
