Jamieson is delighted to announce that it has advised Christoph Lieber (Founder & CEO) and the management team of Cinerius Financial Partners (“Cinerius”) on securing a majority investment from IK Partners (“IK”).
Cinerius, founded in 2021 and headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, is a prominent platform catering to independent wealth managers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Through its partner companies and supported by a team of over 140 employees, Cinerius pools assets for more than 5,500 clients. With a presence in 13 locations across Germany and Switzerland, the collective assets under management surpass 10 billion CHF.
Since its inception two years ago, Cinerius has continually thrived and grown meaningfully. Together with its new majority shareholder, IK, Summit Partners will continue to support the ambitious growth strategy of the company going forward.
Felix Rose, Sabrina Goetz and Philip Stahl advised the management team on their reinvestment into the new structure and the economic and legal terms of the management equity program going forward.
