Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Caverion Corporation on the take private of the group by Triton Partners and as part of the subsequent combination with Assemblin to form the Assemblin Caverion Group.
As at completion of the combination, Assemblin Caverion Group operates across ten countries, generates an annual turnover of approximately EUR 3.8 billion/SEK 43.5 billion, and employs around 21,900 skilled employees. The Assemblin Caverion Group is a market leading forerunner providing the most comprehensive and cutting-edge solutions across the full lifecycle of the built environment.
