CALA Group, headquartered in the UK, is a leading housebuilder focused on high-quality homes across the South of England, the Cotswolds, and Scotland. The company delivered nearly 3,000 homes in 2024 and employs over 1,300 people. This acquisition will accelerate CALA’s growth by strengthening its land pipeline, expanding sustainable housing developments, and leveraging new ownership to support its next stage of strategic expansion.

This is our second transaction with CALA Group, the first in 2018 when they were acquired by Legal & General Capital.
