Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Babcock International Group’s aerial emergency services division on its divestiture to Ancala Partners.
These businesses provide aerial emergency medical services, firefighting and search & rescue to customers and communities in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Sweden and Finland. They employ over 2,400 highly trained employees and operate a fleet of 232 aircraft across 164 operational locations in the six countries.
Stuart Coventry and Fionn Dillon Kelly advised the management team, led by CEO Neal Misell, on the terms of the investment and incentive arrangements to be implemented under Ancala’s ownership.
