Jamieson is pleased to announce it has advised the management team of Aqualisa on the sale of the business to Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. (NYSE: FBHS, “Fortune Brands”) from LDC for a price of approximately $160m.

Aqualisa, a recognised innovator with strength in digital shower technologies, is also well-known for its premium product portfolio. With the acquisition of Aqualisa, Fortune Brands will have access to an expanded shower product offering across price points, technology and geographies, driving additional growth for the combined business.
