Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised co-CEOs Theo Duchen and David McDonald during the sale of a minority shareholding of the business to Astorg. Under the agreement, Summit Partners will exit its position and Acturis employees will maintain their majority ownership of the company. The Acturis Group, headquartered in the UK, is a fast-growing, international supplier of insurance software with four divisions covering a range of insurance services across multiple markets.
