Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of 1E on the sale of the business from Carlyle Group to TeamViewer, a German listed software company specialising in remote connectivity and digital workplace solutions.
1E is an Autonomous Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, providing real-time visibility and auto-remediation capabilities for IT Teams.
John Greenland, Alex Wilson and Phillipa Hemphrey advised the 1E management team on the transaction and the future incentive terms under the new ownership of TeamViewer.
