Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Sysnet on its acquisition by FTV Capital.
Dublin-based Sysnet provides merchant compliance and security management solutions to some of the world’s largest organisations, supporting more than 3 million merchants worldwide with operations in over 60 countries. The investment will be used to support Sysnet’s rapid growth in North America and Europe, as well as expansion into new markets, including Latin America and Asia.
