Jamieson is pleased to announce it has advised the management team of OAG on the acquisition of Infare and new investment in the group by Vitruvian Partners.
OAG is the world’s leading data platform for the global travel industry and services customers from offices in the US, Europe and Asia. Infare is a leading provider of competitor air travel data.
Jamieson advised management on Vitruvian’s initial investment in the business and was pleased to be mandated again to advise the team. Stuart Coventry, Gus Gayford and Alexander Wilson advised Phil Callow (CEO) and the management team on the new investment and incentive arrangements implemented as part of the transaction.
