Jamieson is pleased to announce it has advised the management team of Caldic on the sale of the business to Advent International from Goldman Sachs PE and the subsequent merger with Wilbur-Ellis’ Connell.
Caldic, founded in The Netherlands in 1970, is one of the leading international chemical supply chain companies, specialising in chemicals, food, pharmaceutics, energy and power transmissions. Caldic’s customer base covers over 43 countries worldwide, supplying 25,000 products across 50+ brands.
