Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Equitix on the acquisition of a majority stake of the business by Tetragon Financial Group, from Cabot Square Capital.
Established in 2007 in London, Equitix is a leading investor, developer and long-term fund manager of core infrastructure and renewable energy assets in the UK and Europe.
The deal team was led by Ian Jamieson.
