Jamieson is pleased to announce it has advised Alexander van der Laan (CEO) and the management team of Everlight Radiology on the acquisition of the business by Livingbridge from existing majority shareholder, ICG.
Everlight was established in Australia in 2006 and provides 24/7 radiology reporting services for healthcare providers across the world. The business has offices in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and South Africa with over 200 radiologists.
Stuart Coventry, Gus Gayford and Tom Darley advised the Everlight management team on their reinvestment into the new structure alongside Livingbridge and the terms of the management incentive plan going forward.
