Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised founders and wider management team of SteelEye on the sale and subsequent merge of the business to FundApps.
SteelEye, founded in 2017 and headquartered in London, was the first truly integrated trade and communications surveillance solution, through a data analytics platform offering transaction reporting, record keeping, trade reconstruction and execution. The merger with FundApps will create a powerful, end-to-end compliance platform, providing data that will serve 350 clients globally.
Jonathan Jones, Rowan Wright and Alfie Blundell advised the management team on the on the transaction and new equity incentive plan.
