Neighborly is the world’s largest provider and franchisor of home service brands. Neighborly connects more than 10 million residential and commercial customers with a community of professional services focused on repairing, maintaining and enhancing consumers’ homes and properties. Through a portfolio of 28 brands, the Company offers a wide array of services including plumbing, pest control, restoration, electrical, cleaning, HVAC, home inspection and many more.
Jonny Jones, Michael Sirkin and Evan Alper advised Mike Bidwell (CEO) and his management team on their reinvestment into the new structure and the terms of the new MIP. Jamieson previously advised Mike and his team on Harvest’s acquisition from The Riverside Company in 2018 when the company was known as Dwyer Group.
