Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Nature Energy on the sale of the business to Shell plc.
Headquartered in Denmark, Nature Energy is a leader in biomethane and renewable energy production from organic waste. The business currently owns and operates 14 biogas plants and has an international development pipeline of 30 plants across Europe and into North America, facilitating the business’ “design-build-own-operate” model.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions and is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2023.
