Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Renny Borhan (CEO) and the management team and partners of HKA Global on the sale of the business from Bridgepoint Development Capital to PAI Partners.
HKA provides a comprehensive set of specialist consulting services including Expert, Claims and Advisory services for the capital projects and infrastructure sector. The Company has over 130 partners and more than 1,000 experts, consultants and advisors across 40 offices in 18 countries.
Stuart Coventry, Gus Gayford and Fionn Dillon Kelly advised the HKA team on their reinvestment into the new structure and the terms of the management incentive plan going forward.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter 2022, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
