Jamieson is delighted to announce that it has advised the management team of Grupo MasMovil on the take-private transaction by a consortium of Cinven, KKR and Providence Equity Partners.
Group MasMovil, founded in 1997 in Spain, is an Iberian Telecom company which offers fixed mobile and broadband services for residential and commercial customers. A number of the company’s bands include MASMOVIL, Lyca Mobile and Virgin Telco.
David Kirkpatrick and Jose Basabe advised the Grupo MasMovil management team on the transaction.
