Jamieson is delighted to announce it has advised the management team of Froneri in relation to PAI Partners’ reinvestment into Froneri alongside partners Nestle, which included a significant minority co-investment from ADIA as well as a new continuation vehicle led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives.
Froneri was formed in 2016 through a joint venture combining R&R Ice Cream and Nestlé’s European ice cream business, becoming a market leading global business over the last 9 years. Froneri’s brands include Häagen-Dazs, Orea, Nuii, Cadbury/Milka and Outshine & Rowntree’s.
Jamieson advised management on the formation of the group in 2016 and again on the integration of Nestle’s US ice cream business in 2020. Stuart Coventry, Gus Gayford and Helen Briscoe advised on the terms of management incentive and shareholding arrangements as part of the latest transaction.
