Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Evri on the sale of the business from Advent International to Apollo Asset Management.
Evri is the UK’s largest dedicated parcel delivery company, offering services to both individuals and major retailers including John Lewis, Next and ASOS. Advent International acquired a majority stake in Evri in 2020, supporting the company in its expanding success.
Stuart Coventry, Jonny Jones, Jack Yang and Matthew Mowat advised the Evri management team on their re-investment in the new structure and the terms of the new management equity arrangements.
