Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Alexander Lucke (CEO and Founder of DNS:NET) on the sale of the business to 3i (Infrastructure). Alexander Lucke will retain a sizeable minority position of 40% while 3i will acquire a 60% stake. DBAG as the previous minority Investor will fully exit.

The company differentiates itself through a superior network, local brand recognition and attractive pricing of high bandwidth products, which drives high customer satisfaction.
