Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of CRH’s European Distribution division (CRH ED) on its divestiture to Blackstone.
CRH ED is the third largest building materials distribution business in continental Europe supplying a range of products including roof tiles, sanitary heating and plumbing items to customers across the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and France.
Ian Jamieson and Gus Gayford advised the CRH ED team, led by CEO Remco Teulings, on the terms of the investment and incentive arrangements to be implemented under Blackstone’s ownership.
