Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of CloserStill Media as it partners with Searchlight Capital Partners (“Searchlight”) to support its next phase of growth, alongside existing investor Providence Equity Partners (“Providence”), which has owned the business since 2018. Searchlight and Providence will hold co-control of the Company going forward.
Headquartered in London, CloserStill is a leading B2B events business with over 200 award-winning brands operating across more than 12 countries. The business connects professionals and organisations across four key sectors – Technology, Healthcare, Learning & HR, and Future Transport & Infrastructure – attracting over 300,000 global visitors annually. With more than 60 major industry awards to its name, CloserStill is widely recognised as one of the most decorated businesses in the events sector. Under Providence’s ownership, CloserStill has grown fivefold through a combination of organic growth, new event launches and targeted M&A.
