Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Gary Lubner (CEO) and the management team of Belron in relation to new investment in the business by Hellman & Friedman, BlackRock and GIC at an Enterprise Value of €21b.
Belron is a vehicle glass repair and replacement group headquartered in the UK with operations in 40 countries, employing 27,000 people. The group includes brands such as Carglass, Safelite and Autoglass.
In 2017 Jamieson advised on the set up of the existing management incentive arrangement when CD&R first invested in the business. More recently Stuart Coventry, Gus Gayford and Rowan Wright advised the management team on the terms of their participation in a partial sale of equity to the new investors alongside existing shareholder, CD&R, as well as a new equity incentive programme.
