Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Acron Aviation (Acron) on the sale of the business to TJC L.P. from L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX).
L3Harris Commercial Aviation Solutions is transitioning to Acron Aviation, which operates through two major areas of activity, the Avionics and Commerical Training Solutions units. The Avionics unit is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of sophisticated communication, navigation, and avionics systems, serving both the civilian and military aerospace sectors, while the Commercial Training Solutions unit offers a suite of training solutions and services for aviation professionals.
