Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of CALA Group on the acquisition of a majority stake of the business by Legal & General Capital, from Patron Capital.
Founded in 1875, CALA Group is one of the UK’s leading residential building companies, specialising in premium residential properties across Scotland, the Midlands, and the South East of England.
The deal team was led by Stuart Coventry and Gus Gayford.
