Veritas will join existing GHX shareholders, Warburg Pincus and Temasek, to help accelerate the Company\u2019s continued growth.<\/p>\n<p>GHX, founded in 2000, is a leading SaaS provider of core business and data automation solutions to the healthcare sector.
