The company delivered nearly 3,000 homes in 2024 and employs over 1,300 people. This acquisition will accelerate CALA\u2019s growth by strengthening its land pipeline, expanding sustainable housing developments, and leveraging new ownership to support its next stage of strategic expansion.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/jamiesoncf.com\/de\/team\/stephen-maxwell\/\">Stephen Maxwell<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/jamiesoncf.com\/de\/team\/conor-shine\/\">Conor Shine<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/jamiesoncf.com\/de\/team\/rowan-wright\/\">Rowan Wright<\/a> advised the management team on transaction and new equity incentive plan.<\/div>\n<div>This is our second transaction with CALA Group, the first in 2018 when they were acquired by Legal &amp;
