Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Godiva Belgium BVBA on the acquisition of the retail and distribution operations of Asia-Pacific assets by MBK Partners, from Godiva Belgium BVBA.<\/span><\/p>\n

Established in 1926 in Belgium, Godiva owns and operates more than 600 shops in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia and is sold in over 10,000 retailers across 100 countries worldwide. Godiva is known for its expertise and chocolate and its strong family heritage. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
