Jamieson is pleased to announce that we have advised the management team of NMi Group on the successful sale of the business to Bridgepoint Development Capital (BDC), from the existing owners Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

NMi Group is a pan-European Metrology\u00a0platform, with growing global reach, based in the Netherlands. They are a provider of Advisory, Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Calibration (ATICC) services for the metrology industry. As a new partner, Bridgepoint Development Capital will help NMi execute its growth and M&A strategy.<\/p>\n

John Greenland<\/a>, Pieter Hornsveld<\/a> and Phillipa Hemphrey<\/a> advised the NMi Management team on their reinvestment and the terms of the new incentive
