Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Valcon on the sale of the business from Waterland Private Equity to Rivean Capital.<\/p>\n

Valcon, headquartered in the Netherlands, is a leading European digital transformation service provider which specialises in data, consulting and technology. With over 1500 employees and 5 European offices, Valcon is able to focus on end-to-end transformations for its clients which are long-lasting and sustainable. Rivean Capital\u2019s investment will support Valcon to further expand its services across geographies, invest in cutting-edge solutions and strengthen its position as a trusted partner for organisations navigating complex business challenges.<\/p>\n
