Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Globeducate on the investment from Wendel. Existing shareholder Providence Equity Partners will continue as a shareholder alongside Wendel.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1972 in Spain, Globeducate provides K-12 education through a network of 65 bilingual and international schools and online programs across 11 countries, mainly in Europe. The group employs over 6,000 people, including 4,000 teachers.<\/p>\n
