Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Alex Dacre, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, and his management team in connection with the acquisition of Marlowe plc\u2019s Governance, Risk & Compliance software and services assets (\u201cGRC\u201d) by Inflexion in a transaction valued at \u00a3430m.<\/p>\n

Headquartered in London, GRC provides software and tech-enabled services to manage business risks and ensure customers remain compliant with legal & regulatory standards. As part of the transaction, Alex Dacre will step down from Marlowe plc to become Chief Executive Officer of GRC.<\/p>\n

Stuart Coventry<\/a>, Stephen Maxwell<\/a> and Alexander Wilson<\/a> advised Alex Dacre and the management team on the terms of the new management equity
