Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Galderma on the company\u2019s IPO on the SIX Swiss Exchange.<\/p>\n
Headquartered in Zug (Switzerland), Galderma is the pure-play dermatology category leader, present in approximately 90 countries. Formerly known as Nestl\u00e9 Skin Health, the company was carved out by EQT and a consortium of co-investors including a subsidiary of ADIA and GIC in 2019.<\/p>\n
Galderma\u2019s placement price per share has been set at CHF 53 which implies a total offering size (assuming full exercise of an Over-Allotment Option) of approximately CHF 2.3bn. The share price closed at CHF 64, corresponding to a market capitalization of CHF 15bn at the end of the first trading day.<\/p>\n
