Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Dennis Gmeiner (CEO)\u00a0and the management team of HOFMANNs on the sale of the business from Partners Group to Compass Group, a world-leading foodservice company, that generates annual revenues of more than GBP 25bn and is listed on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.<\/p>\n

HOFMANNs is a leading provider of premium cook & freeze meals in the DACH region, with a core focus on serving its 11k+ B2B customers across key segments business canteens, education, retirement homes,\u00a0healthcare\u00a0and recent establishment of a direct consumer business. The business is led by a very experienced, agile, and dynamic Leadership Team who, since coming in, has consistently delivered significant tangible as well as intangible outcomes for its clients, employees, business partners and shareholders.<\/p>\n
