The partnership with EQT will provide Statera with access to growth capital required to accelerate the deployment of its flexible generation across the UK, and is a step towards achieving net-zero and energy transmission goals. \u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; color: #02283f;\">The transaction is due to complete towards the end of 2023. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;
