The transaction allowed Vistra\u2019s management team to realise significant value, while also offering the opportunity to participate in an exciting new management equity programme in the combined business.<\/p>\n
The transaction values the combined business at more than US$6.5bn, and creates a trust and corporate services platform with over 9,000 professionals in over 50 jurisdictions.<\/p>\n
