Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Version 1 on the sale of the business from Volpi Capital to Partners Group. <\/span><\/p>\n

Version 1, which is headquartered in Dublin, is a leading digital transformation services provider to public and private sector customers in both Ireland and the UK. It has offices in Ireland, the UK, India and Spain, and employs over 2,100 staff. Over the past five years, Version 1\u2019s revenues have increased to more than \u20ac240 million through a combination of organic growth and selective add-on acquisitions which have expanded its service offering and geographic coverage. <\/span><\/p>\n

Commenting on the announcement, Tom O\u2019Connor, CEO of Version 1, said: <\/span>\u201c<\/span>Jamieson provided invaluable expertise, guidance and support to the Management team throughout the process. Their experience and work ethic ensured that we ended up with a superb deal such that the next phase of our growth journey will allow for a huge proportion of Version 1 staff to participate in a meaningful way.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to complete towards the end of Q2.<\/span><\/p>\n
