Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management of team.blue as part of a capital raise and reorganisation under the continued majority ownership of Hg Capital.<\/p>\n

Jamieson advised the management team during the transactions that formed team.blue in 2019 through the merger of Combell, TransIP and Register. Headquartered in Belgium, the company is a leading provider of hosting and domain services to SME\u2019s in markets across Europe.<\/p>\n
