This is the second time Jamieson has advised Premium Credit, having also advised management on the sale to Cinven in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Premium Credit is the No.1 premium finance company in the UK and Ireland, enabling businesses and individuals to spread the cost of their insurance premiums, school fees, club memberships and rail season tickets.
